Gloria McCafferty grew up singing with her family Gospel band. Rick Atha spent most of his life trying to be a rock star. 

God brought them together when Rick applied for a position at Highlands United Methodist Church where Gloria had been singing for over a decade. They clicked musically and instantly began writing, recording, and performing together.
